Windows Typically Cost $500-$1,900 for the window, materials, trim, labor to install as an AVERAGE COST PER UNIT 

Sliding Glass Doors cost  $1,750  average to install with labor and materials 

Large Windows cost more 

Up in the air, second story walls cost more 

We must Remove and then Replace with ::

(new) window,waterproofing tape, metal, trim, drywall '

There may be exterior or interior painting which cost additional and can be bid as an option

Dump fees range from $450-$900 for containers we rent

Scaffolding charges are added for any scaffolding needed, we use Atlas Scaffolding and add to the bid

Sometimes we must rebuild openings which cost more

We generally have at least 2-3 trims options 

We have a "flush fin" window that installs into hollow tile that cost less labor and material as no exterior trim is required 

Measurement Fees

Window Orders may require many trips to the window openings to initially measure,

then get a first quote for the client.

Often the homeowner changes window styles OR asks for another window brand quote.

After the above changes  another windows quote must be given by the factory window rep.

Then another site visit to the window openings to check against the newest window manufactures quote.

Then after the homeowner signs the order sheet, pays the deposit to order the custom windows.

This requires many site visits, additional office bidding changes, working with outside reps.

We have to take many steps to get all of the specifications accurate before we we order.

*****THE $100 FEE IS COLLECTED AT TIME OF ARRIVAL OF THE MEASUREMENT TECHNICIAN.
